Pig Cutting And Deboning Solution

Set of Pig cutting and deboning solutions for processing pig carcasses. RIBON is proposal design with layout drawing, manufacture, installation and commissioning, providing turnkey projects to customers.

Usually, the pig cutting and deboning solution is divided into three parts:

● Pre-cutting line

● Cutting & deboning line

● Packaging line

Product Details:

Pre-cutting line

Functions:

The pre-cutting lines are mainly used to cut the carcass after it comes out of the slaughtering area. The carcass will be cut generally by the Vertical circular blade saw which is mounted on the upward side of the conveyor belt. It performs major cuts on the loaded carcass mostly in 3 parts, shoulder, belly and ham. Only a worker is needed to position the carcass with the aid of laser beam indicator of the blade saw. Then each major part of the carcass shall be distributed to each deboning platform by the cutup lines.

Characteristics:

1. The sharp saw imported from Germany can be swirled at 180ºwith the hydraulic pump, easy to clean

2. The disc saw is driven by a geared motor with cover.

3. The disc saw is equipped with a laser beam indicator, easy to position and operate.

4. The disc saw is equipped with an inductive detector, avoiding the incorrect operation.

5. The disc saw is equipped with a saw wastes collector, sanitary and easy to clean.

Cutting & deboning line

Functions:

● The Cutting & deboning line is divided into three layers, which are Clean crate line; Cutup line; Filled crate line.

● Clean crate line transmits the empty and clean plastic crates;

● Cutup line transmits the carcass cuts;

● Filled crate line transmits the plastic crates with deboning-finished meat cuts.

The carcasses are divided into three parts and transfered into the cutup line. Each line is equipped with operating tables. The tables are equipped on one side, and each table has crate frame for the storage of the products. When the crate is full, can be pushed into the filled crate line. Workers can take clean crate from the top clean crate line for storing products.

Characteristics:

1. Modular belt conveyor, and each part of the processing platform can be dismantled and washed up individually.

2. The two-side protecting rails avoid the slipping and being off tracking of the conveyor belt; also can protect the meat trimmings from dropping on the ground.

3. The CIP cleaning system is equipped to wash the belt thoroughly. The sides and the backsides of the belt can also be accessed and visually washed completely.

4. All the working platforms are well designed according to workers' physical condition like height and also for less contamination risk.

5. The whole system is designed quite advanced and compact, can be customized according to customer's workshop and production requirement.

Packaging line

Functions:

The packing line consists of two tiers lines: the upside line and the bottom line. The plastic crates with deboning-finished meat cuts are transmitted by the bottom line, and the empty and clean plastic crates are transmitted by the upside line. The used crates come to the automatic crate washer where they will be sterilized and dried out.

Characteristics:

1. Modular belt conveyor, and each part of the processing platform conveyor can be dismantled and washed up individually.

2. The two-side protecting rails avoid the slipping and being off tracking of the conveyor belt; also can protect the meat cuts from dropping on the ground.

3. The packing platforms are designed as two-level and the working efficiency is improved to some extent.

4. The cams on the modular belt can ensure the stable and safe transport of the plastic crates.

Product Knowledge

How is the cutting & deboning line structured, and what are its key components?
The cutting & deboning line in a Pig Cutting and Deboning Solution typically consists of several interconnected components designed to efficiently process pig carcasses into various meat cuts.
Clean Crate Line: This is the initial stage where empty and clean plastic crates are transported. These crates will be used to store the meat cuts after deboning. The clean crate line ensures that there is a continuous supply of empty crates to the processing line.
Cutup Line: This is where the actual cutting and deboning of the pig carcasses occur. The carcasses are fed into this line, and they undergo a series of cutting operations to separate them into different parts such as shoulder, belly, ham, and other primal cuts. This line may include conveyor systems, cutting equipment (such as circular saws or bandsaws), and workstations for operators to handle the carcasses and perform the cutting and deboning tasks.
Filled Crate Line: Once the meat cuts are deboned and processed, they are placed into the plastic crates for packaging and distribution. The filled crate line transports these crates containing the finished meat cuts to the packaging area.
Key Components of the Cutting & Deboning Line:
Conveyor Systems: These transport the carcasses and meat cuts between different stages of the processing line.
Cutting Equipment: This includes circular saws, bandsaws, or other specialized tools for cutting and deboning the carcasses into desired cuts.
Workstations: These are where operators perform tasks such as positioning carcasses, operating cutting equipment, and inspecting meat cuts.
Crate Handling Equipment: This includes mechanisms for loading, unloading, and transporting plastic crates containing the meat cuts.
Cleaning Systems: These may include equipment for washing and sanitizing the processing line components, ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are met.

Can the packaging line be integrated with existing processing equipment?
In many cases, the packaging line of a Pig Cutting and Deboning Solution can be integrated with existing processing equipment. Integration typically depends on several factors, including the compatibility of the packaging line with the existing equipment, the layout of the processing facility, and the specific requirements of the production process.
Here are a few considerations regarding the integration of the packaging line with existing processing equipment:
Compatibility: The packaging line should be compatible with the types of meat cuts and packaging materials used in the existing processing equipment. This ensures that the packaging line can handle the products efficiently and effectively.
Space and Layout: The layout of the processing facility plays a crucial role in determining whether the packaging line can be integrated seamlessly. Adequate space must be available to accommodate the additional equipment, conveyors, and workstations required for packaging.
Conveyor Systems: Integration may involve connecting the packaging line with existing conveyor systems to facilitate the transfer of products between different stages of the production process. Compatibility of conveyor systems is essential to ensure smooth operation.
Automation and Control Systems: If both the packaging line and existing processing equipment are automated, integration may involve connecting their control systems to coordinate operations and optimize efficiency. Compatibility of automation systems is critical for seamless integration.
Modularity and Customization: Some packaging lines offer modular designs that can be customized to fit the specific requirements of the processing facility. This flexibility allows for easier integration with existing equipment and processes.
